Much respect to a shoe company who created a video that starts with "Running is boring. "
It all starts with a cool app from Nike Amsterdam that let's fans map out running routes via satellite to create virtual graffiti art. The fans can challenge their friends to run the routes by coloring them on the map with the NikePlus app. Fans were also invited to running clubs and real life meet-up events to share runs, then celebrate with food, drinks and performances.
It's cool because it adds experience to the boring running work-out. It becomes even more fun when you can challenge other people and make a whole day out of it with your friends. It's also fast because the running routes can be planned out for you. This is exactly what the young and fast generation wants.

My inspiration
Labels: inspiring
We all see lots of things in our lives. Good things, bad thing, boring things, but also inspirational things. But what inspires us and why are we inspired by someone or something? At my trip to Berlin, I found out that I'm not just inspired by a certain man or a certain thing, I am inspired by people.
For me, people are the most inspiring creatures on the world. They are born innocent, but can become anything. What kind of person you are depends on where you live, with who you live and so on. This is why I love traveling. I see different surroundings, see different cultures, speak different languages and meet different people. I also love to just look around and find out what someone is doing.
In Berlin I was searching for inspiring things in shops or inspiring architectural design. I liked it all, but in the end all I found was just a building, a drawing or a doll, with or without a story. People go deeper than this, they all have a story, they have an opinion and nobody's the same. And do you know where all the inspiring things in the world are made by? People!
How will I stay inspired in the future? I will try to travel as much as I can, go anywhere I can, just talk with people about their lives and what inspires them, eventhough that might be a big step to do. But most important; keep your eyes open!
