Lifestyleweek II Day II

Day II - "Wow, this is like a tv game!"
Today was all about creating an exciting day in the city. My group went to Utrecht. We had to take a picture of our group and we had to send it to a teacher to get our task for the day. When I heard what our task was, the first thing that came up in my head was: "Wow, this is like a tv game!" I like watching challenging tv programs like "Wie is de Mol?" that are full of challenging tasks and now we had to make a day for another group of students just like that. The day needed to have 3 dare-tasks and 1 needed to be hidden somewhere. During the day we got some special tasks that we needed to accomplish too.

We started brainstorming and searching for information about Utrecht at Mc Donald's. We came up with these tasks:

Task 1: Hidden task. We gave the other group a poem and they had to find out who wrote it and where in Utrecht the poem is located. They had to go to the VVV office and if they gave the right answers, the VVV employees would give them the key to a locker that had another task in it. The real task was: Recreate the magazine outfits that are in the locker. Make a picture of them in the same position and facial expressions and put it on twitter. This task is exciting and daring because you have to work for the next task, making pictures in a store isn't allowed and you have to wear things that you normally wouldn't.

Task 2: Ask people about what they don't dare to do and what they would like to dare. Imitate their fears and make a picture of them. This task is daring because you have to go to strangers and talk about personal things  with them.

Task 3: Give 15 people a "Merry Christmas kiss." Again you have to go to strangers and you have to get out of your comfort zone and step in to theirs.

Special tasks for our group: Make a picture in the window of a clothing store and  Make a pyramid in a creative way

I had a lot of fun today because we could do whatever we wanted. We had to work together all day and it's really nice that another group will really be doing what we came up with. I'm looking forward to tomorrow!
